RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day exchange/store credit policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be returned within 7days of receipt, with tags attached, unworn and in original condition to receive a store credit or exchange.
To start a return, contact us at info@JAGADTLA.com for Return Authorization. Once you have received a Return Authorization you can proceed.
- JAGA DTLA does not extend refunds.
- JAGA DTLA Store Credit or Exchange is recognized only within seven days of receipt on merchandise that is unworn, original condition and with tags attached.
- All items return upon Buyer's expense
Damages and issues: All JAGA DTLA items are quality controlled prior to shipment, but please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and notify Team JAGA immediately if you have any issues. (Note: All of JAGA DTLA merchandise is hand-made and may have inconsistency in color and material to make it one-of-a-kind. JAGA DTLA style is often distressed, raw edge, and hand painted with non-matching buttons and colors may not reflect the same as in the photo)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Once Return items are Authorized and Received, an exchange can be processed.
